A settlement enters the list only once we have found the case in the court docket or in a filed settlement agreement. Press releases and law firm advertisements are leads, not sources.
The claim form, the eligibility rules, the proof requirements and the deadline are taken from the official settlement administrator, and we link to it so you can check.
Where the settlement sets a fixed amount, we quote it. Where payment is pro rata, we estimate from the fund size and the class size, and we say it is an estimate.
